Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Washington, D.C.

Partnership opportunity for an experienced finance lawyer to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on originating and executing leveraged and structured finance transactions across US markets.

The successful candidate will advise borrowers, lenders and structured vehicle sponsors on complex financings, manage deal teams, and drive business development to expand client coverage. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for practice development and cross-office collaboration.

• Proven track record in structured finance, securitization and leveraged finance transactions
• Strong leadership and deal-team management skills; able to supervise associates and counsel
• Demonstrated business development capability and relationships in the U.S. finance market
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
