Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking — Washington, D.C.

Leading international finance practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on complex banking and finance matters for a mix of domestic and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling syndicated lending, acquisition finance and related secured financing work. The position offers substantial client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to develop a U.S.-based book within a global platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in banking and finance transactions
• Strong relationships with corporate and banking clients and ability to originate work
• Qualification to practise in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
