Lateral Partner, Finance & Corporate — Houston

Senior partner opportunity in Houston for an experienced finance and corporate lawyer focused on asset and investment management. The role will lead client work across fund formation, investment-manager representation, and related financing and transactional matters within an established national platform.

The successful candidate will split time between client origination, deal execution and mentoring a growing team. This is a visible, business-development driven role with responsibility for expanding the practice’s footprint in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising asset managers, fund sponsors or investment managers
• Track record of originating and closing complex corporate/finance transactions
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; client-facing and business-development oriented
• Active admission in Texas or ability to become admitted
