Lateral Partner, Finance & Corporate Litigation — New York

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance-focused practice with significant corporate and commercial litigation components. The role emphasizes originating and managing complex asset-backed and other structured finance matters while also handling high-stakes commercial disputes.

Opportunity to develop client relationships, drive new business and work collaboratively with national teams on cross-practice matters. The team takes an opportunistic approach to work across finance, corporate and litigation matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in asset-backed finance, structured finance or related corporate finance work
• Proven record handling commercial litigation matters or disputes arising from finance transactions
• Ability to originate business, lead client relationships and manage deal and litigation teams
• Admission to the New York bar or eligible to practice in NY
