Lateral Partner — Finance & Energy, Orlando

Senior transactional partner role for an established finance and energy practice in Orlando. The group focuses on project and renewable-energy financings, tax equity, syndicated loans and related commercial agreements across utility-scale and distributed energy projects.

The role will lead complex financings, advise sponsors and lenders, supervise associates, and drive business development in the renewables sector. Candidates should expect a mix of deal execution and client relationship responsibilities within a national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in project finance, energy finance or renewable-energy transactions
• Track record of originating and leading debt/equity financings and negotiating financing documents
• Proven people-management and client-development skills
