A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its cross-disciplinary practice in Austin, Texas. The role spans Finance & Banking, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust & Competition, with a focus on Capital Markets, Private Equity, Patent Litigation, Life Sciences, Antitrust & Competition, and Energy.

This position carries a unique opportunity to collaborate across practice groups in one of the fastest-growing legal markets in the United States. The firm serves clients in private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy — industries that form the core of its national and international platform.

• Extensive experience in finance, intellectual property, and/or antitrust law, with a focus on corporate transactions and related litigation
• Admitted to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission)
• Proven ability to manage complex client matters independently
• Strong academic credentials and a record of professional achievement
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
