Lateral Partner, Finance & IP Litigation — Austin

Seeking a partner to lead and grow cross-practice work at an established national law firm’s Austin office. The role combines finance/private equity-facing matters with life-sciences and technology patent litigation, and significant antitrust litigation experience tied to transactional clients.

The successful candidate will handle high-stakes litigation and transactional matters, develop client relationships across industries (private equity, life sciences, energy and tech), and mentor associates in a collaborative, platform-driven environment.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in patent litigation and antitrust matters, with a track record of representing private equity or transactional clients
• Proven client development and origination skills in targeted industries (life sciences, technology, energy)
• Ability to lead teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and supervise junior lawyers
