Lateral Partner — Finance & IP Litigation, Charlotte

Leading national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charlotte office to expand an established Finance and Intellectual Property litigation platform. The role will split time between complex finance matters (including leveraged and structured finance) and patent litigation, working with an experienced cross-practice team on high-value matters.

This is a rainmaking role for a partner-level hire: the successful candidate will take responsibility for growing client relationships, developing new business, and leading matter teams in courtroom and transactional settings.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in patent litigation and finance-related matters (leveraged/structured finance preferred)
• Strong client development and team leadership skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
