Lateral Partner, Finance & Securities — Philadelphia

Senior finance partner role to lead and grow capital markets and securities work within a well-established Philadelphia finance team. The partner will advise corporate and institutional clients on complex capital markets transactions and related financing matters.

The role requires a visible rainmaker who will originate and manage client relationships, collaborate across practice groups and mentor junior lawyers. This is a front‑facing position with significant business development and team leadership responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
