The successful candidate will lead transactions and mandates, manage client relationships, and work across a multi-jurisdictional network to deliver fund structuring, regulatory and transactional advice.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in Luxembourg fund formation and investment management work
- Strong client development and relationship management record
- Experience leading teams and advising on cross-border fund structures and regulatory issues
