Lateral Partner — Government & Public / Compliance (Stuttgart)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Government & Public and Compliance practice in the Stuttgart office. The role focuses on advising public-sector bodies and regulated commercial clients on government contracts, regulatory compliance, and public-law issues.

You'll join a multi-disciplinary team and be expected to develop business, manage client relationships, and supervise associates on complex public-sector matters. This is a visible role with significant client-facing and practice-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $500k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in government/public law, public procurement or government contracts
• Track record of business generation and client relationship management
• Experience managing and mentoring teams; strong commercial awareness
• Admission to the German bar and fluency in German and English
