Lateral Partner, Healthcare — Boulder

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a Healthcare / Life Sciences practice in the firm's Boulder office. The role focuses on originating and managing client work across the life sciences and healthcare sectors and working with the broader national practice to service institutional and emerging company clients.

The successful candidate will build and mentor a small team, drive business development, and collaborate with cross‑office colleagues on transactions, regulatory counseling, and commercial matters. This is a visible role for an experienced advisor with an established healthcare or life sciences network.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising life sciences or healthcare clients
• Track record of business development and team leadership
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to transfer
