Partner, Litigation & Securities — Boulder

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a litigation and securities practice from the firm's Boulder office. The role will focus on complex securities litigation, regulatory and white‑collar matters, and counseling clients in life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record leading high‑stakes contested matters, managing teams, and originating client work. This is a visible role with opportunities to shape practice strategy and expand cross‑practice client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, or white‑collar criminal defense
• Experience counseling healthcare, life sciences or digital health clients is preferred
• Strong leadership, client development and team management skills
