Lateral Partner — Healthcare, Compliance & Antitrust

Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join a rapidly growing healthcare practice. The role focuses on healthcare transactional and regulatory work, with a strong emphasis on antitrust matters and AI/digital health issues.

The group has expanded significantly in recent years and is adding senior rainmakers to broaden its national footprint and client base. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team handling complex regulatory, transactional and competition matters across the health‑care sector.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with significant experience in healthcare transactions and regulatory matters
• Substantial antitrust/competition experience as applied to healthcare; familiarity with AI/digital health matters preferred
• Proven business development record and ability to originate and manage client relationships
