Lead role for an experienced partner to expand a cross-practice healthcare practice in Los Angeles. The position combines regulatory and licensing work with transactional matters and offers regular collaboration with corporate and compliance teams.

The role is client-facing and strategic: you will advise healthcare clients on regulatory compliance and licensing, support transactional activity, and help grow the practice through business development and team mentoring.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience advising healthcare clients on regulatory, compliance and licensing matters
• Proven transactional experience (acquisitions, provider arrangements or similar healthcare deals)
• Track record of business development and team leadership
