Lateral Partner — Life Sciences & Technology, Los Angeles

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a life sciences and technology practice from the Los Angeles office of a national law firm. The role focuses on advising emerging and established companies across the life sciences and tech sectors on commercial, licensing and strategic transactions.

We seek a commercially minded lawyer with a strong book of business, proven client relationships and a track record of originating and executing cross-border or complex domestic matters. The role includes significant client development responsibility and participation in firm leadership for the practice group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising life sciences and/or technology companies
• Proven business development and client origination skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
