Lateral Partner — Healthcare & Education, Chicago

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to join a national practice focused on healthcare and education clients. The role will advise institutional clients across regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, with particular strength supporting life sciences and education-related work.

The team is seeking a business-building partner who will lead client engagements, develop cross-practice opportunities, and mentor junior lawyers. Candidates may be considered from across the U.S.; relocation to the Chicago office is expected for this opening.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or education law
• Proven client development and relationship-management track record
• Bar admission and JD (or equivalent); strong leadership and mentoring experience
