Lateral Partner, Healthcare (Life Sciences) — Beijing

Leading law firm seeks a senior partner to build and lead its healthcare and life sciences practice in Beijing. The role is client-facing and commercial: you will originate and manage complex regulatory, transactional and commercial matters for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical-device clients.

The position is offered on a location‑agnostic basis with an expectation of regular engagement with clients in China and across the region. Candidates should be comfortable working with cross‑border teams and advising on regulatory, product development and commercialization issues specific to life sciences.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record advising life sciences or healthcare companies on regulatory, transactional and commercial matters
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills; experience leading deal teams and working with cross-border colleagues
• Fluent in English; Mandarin language skills preferred
