Senior lawyer hire to lead and grow a healthcare and life‑sciences litigation practice in the Sioux Falls office. The role will cover disputes and regulatory‑adjacent matters arising from digital health, technology integrations and product/liability issues for healthcare and life‑science clients.

Work collaboratively with cross‑practice teams (technology, regulatory, and corporate) to supervise case strategy, manage litigation teams, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role offers a partner who will be expected to drive client development while handling complex matters end‑to‑end.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state and in good standing
Significant partner‑level experience handling healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including technology‑related disputes
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and run complex litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution
Proven business development record and ability to cultivate C‑suite and in‑house counsel relationships
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
