Partner — Compliance, Regulatory & Litigation (Sioux Falls)

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a cross-practice team handling regulatory, compliance, technology-related regulatory matters, and related litigation. The role will involve advising corporate clients on privacy and data-protection issues, regulatory compliance, and defending or prosecuting complex disputes.

This position suits an experienced partner who can develop business in the region, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national practice groups on multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in regulatory and litigation matters, including privacy/data protection
• Admissions and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or willingness to transfer
• Demonstrated client development and matter management experience
