Lateral Partner, Healthcare & Litigation — Albuquerque

Seeking a lateral partner to join and lead an established healthcare litigation practice in Albuquerque. The role will focus on defending and advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, commercial and litigation matters.

The successful candidate will manage litigation matters from intake through trial, supervise associates, and partner with practice leaders on client strategy and risk mitigation. Significant business-development responsibility to grow the local practice is expected.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling healthcare and life‑sciences litigation matters
• Proven trial experience and courtroom advocacy
• Track record of originating business and client relationship management
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
