Partner — Litigation & Employment, Albuquerque

Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Albuquerque litigation team, with a primary focus on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, and disputes arising in the healthcare and construction sectors. The role combines courtroom work with client counseling and oversight of complex, high-stakes matters.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role on cases, supervise associates, and collaborate with cross-practice teams. There is a strong emphasis on developing and maintaining client relationships and growing a book of business in the region.

• Licensed to practice in New Mexico (or able to become licensed)
• Proven trial and commercial litigation experience, including employment and professional liability matters
• Demonstrated track record of supervising teams and developing business
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
