Lateral Partner — Healthcare Litigation, Phoenix

Leading national law firm seeking a partner to join its Phoenix-based healthcare litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and litigating matters for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, leading teams and driving outcomes in state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will provide senior case ownership, develop and maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development and practice growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant opportunity to shape the regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters
• Proven trial and/or complex civil litigation background; capable of leading major matters
• Demonstrated business development and client management skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
