Partner — Corporate, Healthcare & Technology (Phoenix)

Seeking a senior corporate partner to lead and expand cross-practice work in healthcare, life sciences, technology and related sectors from the Phoenix office. The role will focus on complex M&A, private equity and capital markets matters, plus technology transactions and IP-related disputes and counseling.

Ideal candidates will build and leverage regional and national client relationships, collaborate with multiple practice groups and support ongoing growth across corporate, finance and litigation teams. The position welcomes both established groups and strong individual rainmakers.

• Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
• Proven track record of leading M&A, PE or capital markets transactions in healthcare, life sciences or technology sectors
• Significant client development and cross-practice collaboration experience
