Lateral Partner — Healthcare Litigation, Salt Lake City

Senior litigation partner opportunity to join and grow a healthcare and life‑sciences disputes practice in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on managing complex healthcare litigation matters across regulatory, commercial, and product‑liability exposures and acting as lead counsel in contested proceedings.

The partner will supervise associates, develop client relationships, lead courtroom and alternative‑dispute work, and drive business development to expand the regional healthcare litigation platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience handling healthcare and life‑sciences litigation
• Proven trial and motion practice skills, with experience leading teams in contested matters
• Strong business development record and client relationship capability
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Utah (or willingness to obtain)
