Lateral Partner, Healthcare & Litigation — Tampa

Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow a healthcare litigation practice in the Tampa office of a national law firm. The role emphasizes courtroom and regulatory litigation experience across healthcare and life sciences matters, client relationship leadership, and oversight of more junior litigation lawyers.

The successful candidate will split time between case strategy and business development, working with in‑house clients and external stakeholders on contentious healthcare issues. This is a visible, rainmaking position with responsibility for mentoring teams and driving revenue for the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven litigation record in healthcare and life sciences matters, including trial and motion experience
• Demonstrated business development and client-management capabilities
• Ability to lead and mentor associates and collaborate across practice groups; licensed to practice in Florida or able to become licensed
