An established healthcare practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related stakeholders on complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

The practice serves clients across the healthcare and life sciences sectors, including work involving regulatory compliance, reimbursement, licensing, and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business and a demonstrated ability to grow and lead client relationships.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with deep healthcare and life sciences experience who is looking to join a robust national platform with significant cross-disciplinary resources.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Admission to the California bar (or ability to become admitted)
Extensive experience in healthcare and life sciences regulatory and transactional matters
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Partner-level or equivalent seniority
