Lateral Partner, Healthcare — New York

Established healthcare and life sciences practice seeking a partner to lead and grow a New York-based team. The role focuses on advising health‑care providers, payors, and life sciences clients on regulatory, commercial and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will combine deep sector knowledge with business development capability, mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practice groups to deliver integrated client solutions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences matters, including regulatory and commercial work
• Demonstrated track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Ability to lead teams and mentor associates in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Active bar admission in New York or ability to obtain admission
