Lateral Partner, Healthcare — Palo Alto

Senior partner opportunity for an experienced healthcare lawyer to lead and grow a market-facing practice in the Palo Alto area. The role focuses on advising life sciences and healthcare-sector clients on regulatory, transactional and strategic matters.

The successful candidate will build and manage client relationships, originate new business and mentor a small team of associates and counsel. This is a leadership position with significant visibility across the firm s national healthcare platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience advising life sciences and healthcare clients on regulatory and transactional matters
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Active bar admission in California (or eligible for admission)
