Partner, Corporate — Palo Alto

Senior corporate partner role in the firm s Palo Alto office, leading transactional and governance work for technology and growth-oriented clients. The position will head up cross-border and domestic M&A and complex corporate transactions, supervise deal teams, and drive business development in the region.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate practice, collaborate with financing, tax and regulatory colleagues as needed, and help expand client relationships across the West Coast. This is a visible role with significant leadership and origination expectations.
