Lateral Partner, Healthcare & Regulatory — Manchester

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead its Healthcare, Compliance & Regulatory practice from the Manchester office. The role combines regulatory counseling with transaction work across healthcare and life sciences clients.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating and managing matters, and expected to grow a cross-jurisdictional practice. Experience advising on U.S. state and federal healthcare regulatory regimes is highly valued; candidates with California and Texas experience are a particular fit.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of originating and leading healthcare regulatory and transactional work
• Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance, life sciences regulation, and related transactional matters
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development capability
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdictions and ability to work across states
