Lateral Partner — Healthcare — San Francisco

Established national firm is seeking a senior partner to lead and expand its Healthcare practice in the San Francisco market. The role is client-facing and will involve advising health systems, life sciences companies, and other healthcare-sector clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join an existing cross‑practice team, take responsibility for originating and growing business in the region, and collaborate with national and international colleagues on complex matters for major industry clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters
• Demonstrated track record of client origination and business development
• Bar admission in California or ability to obtain admission
