Lateral Partner — Insurance Litigation, Wilmington

Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington litigation team focusing on insurance matters. The role centers on representing policyholders in disputed coverage claims and providing insurance counseling across commercial lines.

The ideal hire will lead litigation matters, develop and maintain client relationships, and work collaboratively with colleagues nationally. This is a partner-level role with significant client development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record representing policyholders in insurance coverage litigation
• Significant courtroom and/or dispute-resolution experience handling complex coverage disputes
• Strong client-development and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to qualify
