Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property — Atlanta

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a full‑service intellectual property practice in the Atlanta office. The role combines client counseling, patent and trademark prosecution, and enforcement/IP litigation work across technology and consumer-facing industries.

The successful candidate will help expand a commercial IP team, supervise associates, and develop new client relationships. The role emphasizes business development and cross‑practice collaboration within a national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent and trademark prosecution and enforcement
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading teams
• Admission to practice in Georgia (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to lead client matters
