Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate — New York

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York office to strengthen and grow the Intellectual Property and Corporate practices. The role will focus on high-value IP litigation and corporate work, with opportunities to collaborate across the firm’s U.S. platform.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of originating and running matters, experience leading teams, and an appetite for developing cross-office business. The firm is prioritizing partners who can build or bring a significant portable practice in IP, corporate transactions, or related mass-torts/ERISA work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in IP litigation and corporate work
• Proven origination record and ability to lead client matters and teams
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple U.S. offices and contribute to practice growth
