Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Reno

Leading, client-facing law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Intellectual Property and Corporate practices from the Reno office. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation work alongside transactional and corporate governance matters.

The ideal candidate will be expected to develop and collaborate across litigation and corporate teams, support cross-office opportunities (including potential West Coast and Southeast collaboration), and help expand priority practice areas such as IP litigation, corporate transactions and related complex civil matters.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Established partner with a strong track record in patent/IP litigation and corporate transactional work
• Proven client development and cross-selling ability across litigation and corporate practices
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly
