Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment, Reno

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a litigation practice focused on commercial, employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction matters. The role will handle trial and pre-trial work, manage a team of lawyers and collaborate with colleagues across practice areas.

The successful candidate will be expected to steward existing client relationships, originate new business and provide senior-level litigation strategy and case management for institutional and private clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience, including trial experience
• Proven client development and origination track record
• Experience handling employment/labor, professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the jurisdiction
