Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — Lansing

Joining a well-established regional intellectual property team, this role is for a partner to lead and grow IP work across litigation, prosecution and counseling. The position offers responsibility for managing client engagements, supervising associates, and developing new business in the Midwest.

The practice handles a mix of patent, trademark and trade secret matters for corporate and individual clients. The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in strategy, practice development and mentoring within a collaborative platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading IP litigation and/or patent prosecution teams
• Experience managing client relationships and developing new business
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s); technical degree or background preferred
