Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Atlanta

Senior hiring for an IP partner to lead and expand a market-facing intellectual property practice in Atlanta. The role combines patent prosecution, licensing, and contentious work, with an emphasis on high-stakes patent litigation and trade-remedy matters.

Successful candidates will handle district-court patent cases, Hatch-Waxman litigation, and Section 337 / ITC investigations, and will be expected to develop and deepen client relationships while supervising case teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and counseling, including Hatch-Waxman matters
• Track record with ITC/Section 337 investigations and district-court patent cases
• Proven business development and team leadership skills
