Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Atlanta

Partner-level opening for an intellectual property leader to join a busy IP litigation and patent prosecution practice in Atlanta. The role combines courtroom and office-based advocacy with management of complex patent portfolios and inter partes proceedings.

Successful candidates will lead matter teams, develop client relationships, and work across litigation, appeals, and patent office proceedings. The position offers a platform to expand a client base and to collaborate with cross-practice teams on high-stakes IP disputes and freedom-to-operate matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner or counsel with a strong record in patent litigation and/or patent prosecution
• Demonstrated trial and appellate experience or significant contested proceedings before the PTAB or equivalent
• Proven client development abilities and experience leading multifunctional teams
• Active bar admission and relevant technical background preferred
