Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Boston

Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston litigation team to strengthen and expand an established intellectual property practice. The role focuses on trial-ready patent, trade secret and other IP disputes across federal courts and the ITC.

The successful candidate will lead complex, high-stakes matters, manage and mentor associate teams, and play a central role in business development for the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of handling patent and IP litigation through trial
• Experience supervising teams and developing client relationships
• Active bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission
