Partner — Corporate & Technology, Boston

Leading international law firm is seeking a senior partner to grow and lead its Corporate practice in Boston with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work across corporate, securities and IP-related matters, supporting emerging growth and life sciences/technology clients.

The partner will join a high-growth platform and collaborate with regional and cross-border teams to originate and execute strategic transactions, advise issuers in capital markets matters, and support tech-facing commercial work. Ideal candidates will have an established client base and the ability to develop new business across sectors.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions
• Track record advising emerging growth, life sciences, technology or financial services clients
• Demonstrated ability to originate and cross-sell work and to collaborate with national and international teams
