Experienced patent-litigation partner sought to join a busy IP litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale. The role focuses on leading high-stakes patent disputes, managing litigation teams, and providing strategic counsel across client matters.

Candidate will handle all phases of complex patent litigation, appear in court when required, and collaborate with trial teams and expert witnesses. There is an expectation to develop and expand client relationships and contribute to practice growth.

The position offers partnership-level responsibilities including business development, client management, and mentoring junior lawyers within a large, multi-jurisdictional practice.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record of leading patent litigation matters, including trial and appellate experience where applicable
Proven business development skills and history of originating/maintaining client relationships
Bar admission in Florida (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant courts
