Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Minneapolis

Experienced IP partner sought to join a well-established national practice team in Minneapolis. The role focuses on a mix of patent prosecution, licensing and contentious work across life sciences and technology clients.

The successful candidate will lead and develop matters including Hatch-Waxman litigation and trade-remedy/ITC (Section 337) investigations, manage teams of associates and collaborate with cross-practice deal and regulatory groups. This is a rainmaking role with responsibility for building and expanding client relationships in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Demonstrated track record handling Hatch-Waxman matters and/or ITC (Section 337) investigations
• Proven client-development and team leadership abilities
