Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Philadelphia

Senior partner role to lead and grow an intellectual property and patent litigation practice in the firm's Philadelphia office. The position will focus on managing high-stakes patent disputes, advising sophisticated clients on IP strategy, and leading trial and appellate matters.

The office is expanding and seeks a partner with a track record of originating and managing complex IP litigation, experience supervising teams of associates, and the ability to develop client relationships across sectors. The role offers a leadership platform within a national litigation practice.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and patent-litigation experience, including Federal court and ITC practice experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships and to lead a team of associates
• Active bar admission and good standing in PA (or eligibility to transfer)
