Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property (Patents & Trademarks) — Philadelphia

Established intellectual property partner opportunity in a full-service U.S. law firm. The role focuses on patent and trademark matters across counseling, prosecution, enforcement and related litigation, and includes collaboration with broader transactional and litigation teams.

We are seeking a partner to lead and grow IP engagements in the Philadelphia market, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships. The team handles a mix of contentious and non-contentious work; candidates should be comfortable managing filings, enforcement strategy, and cross-practice client matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patents and trademarks, with a track record of client development
• Experience handling both counseling/prosecution work and IP enforcement or litigation matters
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain licensure
