The successful candidate will split time between litigation strategy, overseeing prosecution matters, and business development to grow the IP practice. This is a senior role with significant client-facing responsibility and management expectations.

• Established track record in patent litigation and patent prosecution
• Demonstrated experience leading trial teams and managing complex matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
