Senior lateral partner opportunity within a well-established intellectual property practice in Minneapolis. The role will focus on leading client engagements, growing IP workstreams, and mentoring associates within a full-service IP group.

Ideal for a partner who will take a hands-on role across counseling, prosecution, and dispute resolution matters, and who can develop new client relationships while enhancing existing ones.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record as an intellectual property partner or equivalent senior lawyer
• Strong business development and client relationship skills with demonstrated origination
• Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice management
• Active bar admission and qualifications appropriate for partnership
