Senior litigation partner hire to lead and expand a patent litigation practice from the Tampa office. The role will oversee high-stakes patent disputes, supervise associate teams and coordinate with national litigation resources.

Ideal for a partner who combines courtroom and trial experience with active client relationships and a demonstrable record of winning complex patent matters. The position includes responsibility for business development and cross-practice collaboration to grow the practice regionally and nationally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive patent litigation experience, including trial and dispositive motion practice
• Proven record of leading teams and managing client relationships
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and admitted before federal courts; active patent bar admission preferred
