Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — Washington, D.C.

Seeking an experienced IP partner to join a well-established Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on patent and trademark work, including contentious matters and enforcement/defense strategy for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, drive business development, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary IP team across the firm’s US practices. This is a high-visibility role with significant opportunity to grow and shape the practice locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in patent and trademark counseling and litigation
• Demonstrable client development and origination track record
• Strong litigation and case-management skills; comfortable handling both enforcement and defense matters
