Lateral Partner — IP Litigation & Healthcare — Miami

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami office to lead and expand an IP litigation practice with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role will combine courtroom and counseling work across patent, trademark and related IP disputes for clients in the healthcare sector.

The partner will work with a cross-disciplinary team handling complex litigation, coordinating with regulatory and transactional colleagues as needed. This is a visible position with client development and team leadership responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant trial and IP litigation experience, including handling complex patent or trademark disputes
• Established client relationships in healthcare or life sciences preferred
• Bar admission in Florida or ability to obtain admission; excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
